Admission

Welcome to Everest International School, Japan. The new academic year/session at EISJ starts in April and ends in March of the following year. We recommend parents to enroll their children from the beginning of the academic session. Depending on the vacancy, we accept enrollments while the session is in progress.

Following the Japanese system, students aged three, four and five are placed in the pre-primary level. Students who are already six years old (according to the Japanese counting system) when the new academic session starts in April, are placed in the primary level. Class placement is also based on the academic ability of a concerned student. Parents are expected to visit the school with the children to complete the admission document and other formalities. Following are the documents/materials parents need to bring to complete the admission process.

  1. Completed  Application Form
  2.  Passport size photo
  3. Copy of residence certificate of a guardian and the student
  4. Health insurance copy of a child
